Chain-of-Custody (COC)

Each sample submittal must have a Chain-of-Custody (COC) document. This documents the legal custody and history of relinquishing and receiving your samples. It is also used as an instrument for you to communicate turnaround times, billing and reporting instructions, analytical methods, etc. IATL encourages our clients to employ their own documentation and forms. You may use and duplicate the COC provided here AND please see analyte and matrix specific COC's listed under Sample Logs. See Also Submit Samples.
