Our Staff

The key element in a laboratory, even beyond its instrumentation, are its technical and support staff. The quality of analysis is dependent upon the competence of personnel! IATL's laboratory staff consists of over 35 trained and certified professionals. As a company, IATL must be doing something right... we have little to no turn over of laboratory staff over the last eighteen years. The average experience for our PLM analysts is over 10 years. The combined experience for our TEM analysts is over 150 years!

QA MeetingIATL's senior staff has access to specialists in regulatory affairs, industrial hygiene, chemical, environmental and materials engineering, geology and contaminated materials testing. This comprehensive professional resource base allows us to provide a full range of environmental laboratory services for asbestos and other environmental assessment projects.

Understanding the necessity for all of our employees to be highly trained, IATL has incorporated a complete in-house training program for its technical specialists. We also send laboratory analysts and laboratory management staff to technical and professional development seminars, conferences and courses regularly.

Through these ongoing inside and outside training programs, we are able to institute a consistency of approach for both technical and ethical policies within our organization, and provide up-to-date information to ensure our procedures remain state-of-the-art.
